They are seeking several support workers to be based at a variety of sites in Bournemouth, Poole and Southampton areas. The ideal candidate for the support worker position will possess previous experience in working with learning disabilities, challenging behaviours, mental health issues and associated complex needs and/or a NVQ Level qualification in Health & Social Care. You will be supporting people with everyday tasks in life to further the independence of the service users (in certain services, this may include personal care) and arranging and participating in social activities etc. Due to shift times and location, it is essential you have your own transport or a driving licence.
