New show apartment launches at West Cliff Mansions

A show apartment has launched at the £14 million West Cliff Mansions development in Bournemouth, where only a handful of homes from a collection of 44 apartments now remain for sale.


West Cliff Mansions on Hahnemann Road, West Cliff, is a series of one, two and three-bedroom apartments being delivered by the Bournemouth Development Company (BDC), a strategic joint venture partnership between BCP Council and national urban regenerator, Muse Developments. Off-plan sales have been moving at a fast rate at the development, supporting the latest analysis by Rightmove revealing Bournemouth as the UK’s most in-demand coastal location for buyers.


The doors to the new two-bedroom show apartment opened during the Easter bank holiday and will now be open during weekends, with all viewings by appointment only.
