The force is strong in Dorchester as new Star Wars merchandise shop opens

A new Star Wars memorabilia outlet selling one-of-a-kind collectables has opened at Dorchester's Brewery Square.

The Jedi Archives is a family-run business, offering a range of collectables inspired by the famous film franchise. To celebrate its official launch, the store is hosting a series of special offers, giveaways, and a few surprise guests over the bank holiday weekend. Film fanatics have the chance to win a range of merchandise including a Xenopixel Saber and Clone Trooper Helmet.

Ben, Owner of The Jedi Archives said: “The Jedi Archives was born out of my own love for Star Wars, and a desire to make all aspects of collecting anything as accessible, easy, and fun as possible. After kickstarting the business online in 2016, our customer base has grown significantly, and we’re delighted to expand to a permanent brick-and-mortar business in the heart of Dorchester.

“Our long-term vision has always been to create a unique experience for fans of all ages, providing a welcoming and memorable service. Our new store allows anyone to see rare items, shop for their favourite characters, get involved in gaming, or just talk all things Star Wars.

“Brewery Square lends itself perfectly to our offering with its friendly, modern feel and range of independent businesses, each bringing their own bespoke style and service to the area. We can’t wait to become a staple part of this bustling community.”

Tara Bailey, Centre Manager at Brewery Square added: “It’s great to see our variety of retailers growing, offering even more choice and diversity for local shoppers and curious visitors. The Jedi Archives gives people a unique opportunity to be face-to-face with extraordinary replicas and action figures. We can’t wait to see their offering excite and intrigue our visitors over the coming weeks.”

Prices at The Jedi Archives range from £5 – £1,000 and the store can be found in Unit 9 of Brewery Square.
